Our History

Since 1964, Esslinger•Wooten•Maxwell, Inc., Realtors®, better known as "EWM Realtors®", is part of a larger family of affiliated companies: HomeServices Lending, EWM Title, and EWM Insurance. EWM has 12 offices and 900+ associates and employees in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We all share a love of life in South Florida and are dedicated to improving the fine reputation established by our founders, Anna Mae Esslinger, Dodie Wooten, and Arline Maxwell.

EWM's full-service capabilities extend beyond residential real estate to include commercial and business brokerage, relocation (individual to corporate groups), and a development services division that works with developers of new condominium projects in the complex sales and marketing process of bringing a project to life. Offering a complete line services, EWM will take you from searching to closing with the confidence that comes from working with trusted professionals. Understanding and meeting the needs of new residents and their families is a hallmark of our service and our success. We never forget, our company was built one deal at a time.

Meet Our Management

Recognizing talent and rewarding hard work, EWM Managers are a happy match to the branch office area or department they supervise. With special knowledge of the area their offices serves, EWM branch office managers handle the day-to-day operations and oversee transactions with care and attention. Along with Branch Offices, EWM Departments include: Accounting, Commercial, Developments, Information Technology, Insurance, Marketing, Mortgage, Relocation, and Title.

Each of our EWM Branch Offices has its own flavor and character. Represented in all South Florida markets, from our beautiful old Spanish office on Miami Beach (pictured at right), to our modern, waterfront Las Olas office, each offers expertise in that area, as well as a reputation for having the latest marketing tools and technologies, and up-to-the-minute data on market trends.
